OUR PRIORITY
Some girls can't afford to wait.
Across these regions, we prioritize girls facing the sharpest barriers to opportunity such as those living in refugee camps, communities facing active or recurrent conflict, and other crisis or emergency settings. When a girl's safety or stability is in question, timing matters as much as access itself and so we work to act quickly, because her opportunity, and sometimes her wellbeing, depends on how soon support reaches her.
Why these regions
The opportunities exist. Access is not equal.
Each of these countries has girls with real aspirations and real opportunities within reach — scholarships, fellowships, university pathways, mentors. What's uneven is whether a girl knows an opportunity exists, knows how to access it, is prepared to pursue it, and has the networks to make use of it.
